3. Scheduling & Appointments

• Appointment times are approximate and may vary due to job conditions or emergencies.
• We will notify you of delays or changes through phone, SMS, or email.
• You agree to provide accurate contact information for scheduling and communication.

4. Payments

• Payment terms will be stated on your invoice or quote.
• Deposits may be required for materials or large projects.
• Final payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Workmanship & Materials

• We use quality materials appropriate for the job unless the customer requests specific brands.
• Any customer-supplied materials must be inspected and approved before installation.
• We are not responsible for defects in customer-provided materials.

6. Changes to Work

• Any change to the original scope must be approved by both parties.
• Additional work may result in extra charges.
• Verbal changes confirmed by the customer may be added to the final invoice.

7. Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, including electricity, water, and clear workspace. We reserve the right to stop work if conditions are unsafe.

8. Liability

• We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden damage, or structural problems discovered during work.
• We are not liable for delays caused by weather, supply shortages, or factors outside our control.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

9. Warranty

• Workmanship warranty applies only to the specific work performed.
• Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or modifications made by others.
• Warranty terms will be provided on your invoice or quote.

10. Cancellation Policy

• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice.
• Short-notice cancellations may result in a fee, especially if materials were ordered.
